Welcome to Fitness Family and Food

My name is Kate Lee and I am a 48 year old mother of three beautiful daughters, twins – Molly and Mandi age 16 and Emma, age 17.  I take care of my 93 year old grandmother and 44 year old brother who has MS, teach middle school, and enjoy making beautiful crafts for others.

My life hasn’t always been full of healthy happiness. I’ve been out of control with my emotional eating, my weight had skyrocketed, and my confidence had bottomed out.  I’ve been lost, alone and floundering thru life.  I’ve experienced that overwhelming emotion of being out of control and unsure how to turn it around.  I gave and gave and gave of myself depleting everything in me, leaving me an empty shell of a woman.

101 lbs lighter and a whole lot of confidence later, I have not only discovered my passion for helping others, but I have CREATED who I always knew I could be. I have found a renewed joy in life as I experience the glorious triumphs of life while focusing on my nutrition, my health,  my creativity while rediscovering who I am meant to be.

If you’ve given up small pieces of yourself to be ‘responsible’ or to do ‘what’s expected’ of you, and now you feel out of touch with who you are and what you really want and need then we NEED to connect.
